Congratulations! And a lovely way to celebrate. Years ago I did an air balloon trip over Cappadocia at dawn with champage breakfast to follow (maybe to celebrtae safe landing!?) As you say – amazing!

Thank you, Sally! I have seen photos of flights over Cappadocia, looks truly amazing. We did applaud the pilot for the safe landing and I was secretly glad to be back on terra firma. Champagne breakfast sounds awesome. We had cider and walnuts from the region!
